Thank You Westchester Lawmakers for the Proclamation Award & Hello Dallas Texas

Dominic Carter was just recently the keynote speaker for an at-risk children program in Mt. Vernon, NY, titled, "The Future Society."  Dominic did not expect the proclamation award he received from the Westchester Counter Legislature, but was so deeply honored.
