Dominic Carter had a lovely time in Ontario September 12th, and 13th as the Foster Parent Association in Ontario Keynote Speaker. Folks you really touched my heart as I met Parents that have been in Foster Care taking care of Children for anywhere between 10 and 30 years. One woman has had more than 128 kids in her home.
