Dominic Carter has an absolute fabulous time as the keynote speaker at the three-day Project Life Youth Conference in Chesapeake, Virginia when he was there Saturday May 2nd.

Thank You Project Life Administrator Talia Brown for all your work and organizing the event. Dominic will always remember Ruby, and all the other youngsters. They have tremendous great futures ahead of them, and Foster Care is not stopping these young people.
